• We provide all the services you may need when you are not able to be in your home yourself. Our affordable and content-rich package solutions can be easily combined with individual services to meet your needs.

Handyman Services

• Hire a handyman if you need help with assembling furniture, lifting heavy objects, hanging curtains, or anything else you don’t have the energy or knowledge for. Our craftsmen are trained and speak both Swedish and English.

Rental Assistance

• We offer affordable and well-thought-out solutions to help you and your guests get the best out of your rental property on the Costa Blanca. Our rental assistance package includes:
  • Rental Management: We take care of everything from advertising your property to handling bookings and payments.
  • Guest Management: We provide a warm welcome to your guests and ensure that they have everything they need during their stay.
  • Property Maintenance: We keep your property in top condition, ensuring that it is always ready for your next guest.

Gardening and Pool Maintenance

• When you want a beautiful and well-maintained garden and pool, SeaSide Keyholding is the right choice for you. We offer professional gardening services and pool maintenance at a reasonable price. Our garden and pool packages include:
  • Garden Package: Regular maintenance and upkeep of your garden, including pruning, trimming, weeding, and fertilizing.
  • Pool Package: Weekly pool maintenance, including balancing water chemistry, skimming the surface, brushing the walls and steps as needed, adjusting water level, cleaning pump baskets, cleaning all skimmers, cleaning auto cleaner bag, cleaning auto cleaner trap, backwashing filter if needed, and inspecting equipment for proper operation.

We started SeaSide Keyholding with a thought, and that thought was about relationships. Relationships provide security for both us and our customers. In today’s market, there are many players, so having a vision that we can stand for and work towards felt important and crucial for our concept. The company was founded in the summer of 2023 after much contemplation and planning, and now we stand ready to meet every customer’s wishes and expectations.

Our motto is: ‘With us, you’re not just a customer; you’re part of our community.’ The reason we can offer this sense of community is precisely because we build relationships. Below, we present ourselves, the team working at the company, so that you, as a customer, can get a first impression. Meet the SeaSide Keyholding Team:

1. Linda (50 years old): Linda also works with vacation home rentals, guest check-ins/check-outs, service bookings, cleaning, keyholding, and customer interactions. She schedules and plans all tasks to keep things running smoothly. Linda always has the customer’s best interests at heart and never settles for less than 110%.

2. Thomas (51 years old): Thomas is SeaSide’s versatile craftsman with extensive experience in construction and landscaping. He’s helpful in all aspects and can handle most tasks. Additionally, he takes care of pools and gardens, an area where he has significant expertise.

SeaSide Keyholding doesn’t aspire to be the largest company in the market; instead, we aim to be the best. Our focus is on ensuring customer satisfaction through cost-effective, high-quality, and well-thought-out solutions.
